Triggers

Every scheduled fire against a workflow, agent, or connector-mode Knowledge Base, across the whole registry — a trigger only shows up on its own target's Catalog detail otherwise. A Knowledge Base target is a refresh, not an execution: firing it never runs anything, it only ingests new content into that KB's existing index. Only schedule-kind triggers exist today; connector_event is reserved with no event source to drive it yet.
