Adopt

Discovered agents, models, tools, MCP servers, and data connectors wait here until adopted — nothing a discovery sync finds appears in the Registry Catalog before that. Adopting an agent still runs a real check that it responds, then it goes through the ordinary review → promote steps on the Approvals screen before it's live. The other four types have no review step — adopting one makes it live in the Catalog immediately.
