Approvals

The human checkpoint before anything reaches Foundry, plus the go-live step after — approving an agent builds a version in Foundry and verifies it; promoting is what actually makes it what the Registry Catalog and /invoke resolve to. An agent adopted from Foundry (see the Adopt page) lands here too, already verified, waiting on the same promote step. A workflow goes through the same submit → approve → promote shape — approving re-validates its graph against the registry as it stands right now (no Foundry call of its own), and promoting is what makes it what execute and the Registry Catalog resolve to.
